# Porque existe um "X" cinzento ou uma "mala castanha" nos meus ficheiros e pastas?
Os utilizadores do KONNEKT (Windows 10 ou anterior) podem ver um "X" cinzento nos ícones de ficheiros e pastas no Explorador de Ficheiros do Windows.
No Windows 11, tem o aspeto de
