# Porque há um "X" cinzento ou uma "mala castanha" nos meus ficheiros e pastas?
Os utilizadores do KONNEKT (Windows 10 ou anterior) podem ver um "X" cinzento nos ícones de ficheiros e pastas no Explorador de Ficheiros do Windows.
No Windows 11, tem o aspeto de
**Isto não é um erro nem um problema.** Pode continuar a trabalhar com os seus ficheiros sem quaisquer restrições.
Isto é uma visualização no Explorador de Ficheiros do Windows de uma definição que as pastas e ficheiros KONNEKT têm para poupar largura de banda.
**Contexto:**
A definição chama-se "FILE\_ATTRIBUTE\_OFFLINE". Indica ao sistema operativo que este ficheiro ou pasta não está disponível de imediato. Como resultado, o Explorador de Ficheiros do Windows não gera pré-visualizações dos ficheiros.
