# A abertura de documentos do MS Office apresenta uma mensagem de aviso

Poderá ver esta mensagem de erro quando o KONNEKT **Office Co-Authoring** está ativado.

## **Contexto**

O problema por trás deste aviso são as restrições das zonas de sites da Microsoft.

## **Solução 1**

Para evitar este aviso, precisa de adicionar o servidor mostrado na mensagem de erro aos **Sites fidedignos** **Zona** na definição do Internet Explorer.

## **Solução 2**

* Abra o Word, o Excel ou o PowerPoint no ambiente de trabalho
* Selecione **Ficheiro**
* Selecione **Opções**
* Selecione **Centro de Fidedignidade**
* Selecione **Definições do Centro de Fidedignidade**
* Selecione **Locais Fidedignos**
* Selecione **Adicionar novo local...**
* Adicione o domínio apresentado do OneDrive da sua prática
* Marque "**As subpastas deste local também são fidedignas**"
* Clique em **OK** para guardar.
