# Desinstalação manual

Para desinstalar o KONNEKT do seu sistema, recomendamos usar o desinstalador que faz parte do KONNNEKT e pode ser ativado por meio do *adicionar/remover software* diálogo do Windows.

No entanto, se você não puder usar o desinstalador ou se restarem configurações no seu sistema após executá-lo, você pode usar as informações fornecidas neste site para remover o KONNEKT do seu sistema.

## Remover o instalador

* Abrir **Regedit** e vá para\
  `HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall`
* Verifique as subchaves nomeadas com GUID para encontrar a que pertence ao KONNEKT
  * Verifique o DisplayName para '**Konnekt'**
  * Verifique o Publisher para '**glueckkanja-gab AG'**
* Exclua toda a chave

## Remover driver

* Executar `net stop konnekt`
* Excluir `c:\windows\system32\drivers\konnektrx.sys`
* Excluir `C:\Windows\System32\konnektnp.dll`

## Remova as extensões de shell

* Executar `regsvr32 /unregister "C:\Program Files\Konnekt\shellext.dll`
* Remova as seguintes chaves do Registro do Windows para **cada usuário** na máquina:

  ```
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Access.Application.16\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Excel.Sheet.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Excel.Sheet.8\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Excel.SheetMacroEnabled.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.Show.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.Show.8\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.ShowMacroEnabled.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Word.Document.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Word.Document.8\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Word.DocumentMacroEnabled.12\shell\konnekt
  ```

## Limpar o registro

Remova as seguintes chaves do Registro do Windows na **máquina**:

```
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\konnekt
HKLM\SOFTWARE\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
```

Remova as seguintes chaves do Registro do Windows para **cada usuário** na máquina:

```
HKCU\SOFTWARE\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Policies\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
```

## Limpar pastas

* Exclua a pasta "Konnekt" em `%localappdata%`
* Excluir `C:\Program Files\Konnekt`

## Reiniciar

Algumas das alterações (como o driver ou as extensões de shell) podem precisar

* de uma reinicialização\nou
* de logoff e login\nou
* reiniciar o Explorer com este procedimento:
  * Navegue até o Gerenciador de Tarefas
  * Procure por Explorer
  * Clique com o botão direito nele
  * Clique em Reiniciar.

Se não tiver certeza, reinicie o computador.
