# Como lidar com erro(s)

Nesta página, explicaremos como lidar com erros que ocorreram por qualquer motivo, sem perder os seus ficheiros carregados/editados.

Por vezes, e por სხვადასხვა razões (problemas de conectividade, limitação de taxa..), o processo de carregamento pode ser interrompido e falhar; isto gerará um erro para cada ficheiro e os ficheiros serão mantidos na pasta de cache:

Os erros serão mostrados na janela do KONNEKT Explorer em **Erros**

Ao clicar com o botão direito do rato num erro, três opções:

* **Tentar novamente o carregamento falhado:** isto voltará a tentar o processo de carregamento. Se for bem-sucedido, o erro desaparecerá automaticamente
* **Exportar ficheiro para a pasta de transferências:** isto exportará o ficheiro para a sua pasta de transferências do utilizador e eliminará o erro automaticamente
* **Descartar as suas alterações:** esta opção ignorará o erro sem guardar o ficheiro

### Eliminar todos os erros em conjunto

Em alguns casos, pode querer ignorar todos os erros em conjunto (por exemplo, para libertar espaço na pasta de cache), pode fazê-lo clicando com o botão direito no ícone do KONNEKT na janela do Explorer e **Fechar erros de ficheiro**
