# As coleções de sites não são apresentadas para alguns utilizadores

## Situação

Atualmente, alguns clientes estão a ter problemas em que utilizadores específicos não conseguem ver quaisquer Coleções de Sites dentro do KONNEKT.

O KONNEKT usa a RestAPI ligada ao SharePoint Online para identificar as Coleções de Sites a que um utilizador pode aceder. A consulta responsável por isso pode ser localizada nos registos do KONNEKT antes desta linha:

Quando se usa o Edge, o XML deve apresentar todas as Coleções de Sites a que um utilizador pode aceder. No final, será fornecido o "InternalRequestId", que pode ajudar a Microsoft a identificar a causa raiz do problema.
