# Todas as bibliotecas estão vazias

## Problema

Algumas ou todas as bibliotecas no KONNEKT e as unidades mapeadas estão vazias.

O registo do cliente KONNEKT mostra as seguintes mensagens: `[Sharepoint] Falha ao determinar as unidades do site ... Chave não encontrada. Use a unidade predefinida em vez disso.`

## Contexto

A Microsoft alterou (temporariamente) o conteúdo da resposta da consulta para a descoberta da biblioteca para alguns tenants. Por isso, o KONNEKT não irá mapear essas bibliotecas afetadas.

Isto só acontece se a funcionalidade "Adicionar automaticamente todas as bibliotecas de documentos do SharePoint" (ver [Mapeamento automático](/pt/configuration/mappings/auto-mapping.md#map-all-document-libraries)) for usada.

## Solução

Implementámos uma solução alternativa para esse comportamento a partir do KONNNEKT V2.0.0. Consulte aqui como obter a atualização: [Atualizações de software](/pt/installation/software-updates.md).

Depois de instalar a nova versão do KONNEKT, por favor

* reinicie a máquina,
* inicie o Explorador do Windows e clique no nó KONNEKT,
* aguarde 5-10 minutos.

Depois deste procedimento, as bibliotecas deverão funcionar.
