# Falha ao obter token de acesso

## Problema

Quando você tenta iniciar sessão no KONNEKT, recebe a mensagem de erro "Falha ao obter token de acesso".

## Causa

O KONNEKT não oferece suporte a ter "Excluded Apps" em uma política de Conditional Access do Microsoft Entra ID que exija MFA em combinação com uma sessão Windows sem SSO.

## Alternativa

Nossa alternativa recomendada é habilitar a máquina Windows para armazenar um Primary Refresh Token (PRT), por exemplo, tornando o dispositivo associado ao Microsoft Entra ou registrado no Microsoft Entra. Outras alternativas são (não realmente recomendadas):

* Remova o requisito de MFA da correspondente política de Conditional Access. Para manter alguma segurança para políticas de CA sem MFA, você pode impor [Locais confiáveis (por exemplo, endereços IP públicos dos seus hosts VDI)](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/conditional-access/location-condition)

ou

* use uma política de Conditional Access sem "Excluded Apps". Consulte também [configuração de Conditional Access](/pt/installation/security/conditional-access.md).
