# Problemas com o token de acesso

Os erros de token de autenticação são os problemas KONNEKT mais comuns. As páginas abaixo abordam mensagens de erro específicas e suas soluções.

   A entrada do usuário falha antes de um token ser emitido, geralmente porque uma política de Conditional Access (na maioria das vezes MFA) não pode ser satisfeita sem um Primary Refresh Token (PRT) no dispositivo.
