# Problemas com token de acesso

Os erros de token de autenticação são os problemas mais comuns do KONNEKT. As páginas abaixo abordam mensagens de erro específicas e as respetivas soluções.

   O consentimento de administrador para o registo da aplicação KONNEKT está em falta, foi revogado ou não foi concedido para os âmbitos necessários em Microsoft Entra ID. Esta é a causa típica no lançamento inicial e após redefinições de consentimento em todo o Tenant.
2. [Falha ao obter token de acesso](/pt/troubleshooting/access-token-issues/failed-to-obtain-access-token.md)\
   O início de sessão do utilizador falha antes de um token ser emitido, normalmente porque uma política de Conditional Access (na maioria das vezes MFA) não pode ser satisfeita sem um Primary Refresh Token (PRT) no dispositivo.
