# Ação arriscada bloqueada

## Situação

Trabalhar com regras de Redução da Superfície de Ataque (ASR) pode fazer com que o Windows bloqueie o KONNEKT na execução de algumas das suas ações principais.

## Problema

Sem exclusão, o KONNEKT falha ao tentar abrir ou pré-visualizar um ficheiro do Office, por exemplo, Word, Excel ou PowerPoint.

Neste caso, verifique se existem entradas em Segurança do Windows / Histórico de Proteção:

## Solução

Exclua o KONNEKT da regra ASR "Office Child Process":

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\Konnekt.exe"

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\KonnektStarter.exe"
