# Office に古いバージョンが表示される
## 状況
さまざまなプラットフォームで KONNEKT と Microsoft Office を使用している場合、Word などのアプリケーションに最新バージョンが表示されないことがあります。
次のメッセージも表示される場合があります: 「推奨更新: このファイルの新しいバージョンがサーバー上で利用できます」。
## 問題
場合によっては、Word、Excel、PowerPoint に、SharePoint Online (SPO) の最新バージョンではなくキャッシュされたファイルのバージョンが表示されることがあります。
## 解決策
これらの問題を解決する方法は 2 つあります:
1. Office キャッシュを手動でクリアするには `%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache`.
2. 各ユーザーの Office アプリで「閉じたときに Office Document Cache からファイルを削除する」を有効にします。
