# 危険な操作がブロックされました

## 状況

Attack Surface Reduction (ASR) ルールを使用すると、Windows によって KONNEKT の主要な操作の一部がブロックされる場合があります。

## 問題

除外設定がないと、Word、Excel、PowerPoint などの Office ファイルを開こうとしたりプレビューしようとしたりすると、KONNEKT はクラッシュします。

この場合は、Windows セキュリティ / 保護の履歴 にある項目を確認してください:

## 解決策

KONNEKT を ASR ルール「Office Child Process」から除外します:

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\Konnekt.exe"

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\KonnektStarter.exe"
