# サイトが見つからない、またはフォルダーが空です

## 問題

一部のサイトは KONNEKT ノードに表示されません。\
または

マップされたサイト/ライブラリの一部のフォルダーが空です。

## 原因

現在、SharePoint Online Search への正しい要求に対して、エラー応答（例: 500）がますます多く見られます。場合によっては、KONNEKT のサイト検出がこれに影響を受けます。 

一部のケース/テナントでは、SharePoint Online が検索を完全に永続的に失敗します。この場合、KONNEKT は正しく動作しません。

## テナントが影響を受けているか確認してください

このサイトを 1 日の異なる時刻に複数回呼び出すことで、テナントが影響を受けているか確認できます。

`https://<YourTenant>.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/osssearchresults.aspx`

このような結果が頻繁に表示される場合は、Microsoft にチケットを起票してください。

## 解決策

SharePoint Online Search の障害に対して、KONNEKT をより堅牢にしました。これは以下の KONNEKT リリースに適用されます。

* 2.1.0 - 2.2.1
* 2.6.0 以降

エラー応答が **時々**発生する場合、これらのビルドで問題を回避できる可能性があります。
