# デバイスを開けませんでした

## 問題

#### ARMベースのシステムとKONNEKTのインストールに関する問題

トレイアイコンが赤くなり、次のようなログエントリが表示される場合は、この問題を示しています。

この問題は、ARMプロセッサー上で動作する一部のデバイスで発生します。そのようなシステムにKONNEKTのx64版をインストールまたは展開すると、インストールは成功する場合があります。ただし、KONNEKTは期待どおりに動作しません。
