## 問題

一部のサイトは KONNEKT ノードに表示されません。\
または

マップされたサイト/ライブラリの一部のフォルダーが空です。

## 原因

現在、SharePoint Online Search への正しい要求に対して、ますます多くのエラー応答（例: 500）が見られます。場合によっては、これにより KONNEKT のサイト検出が影響を受けます。

一部のケース/Tenant では、SharePoint Online が検索をまったく永久に失敗します。これに該当する場合、KONNEKT は正常に動作しません。

## Tenant が影響を受けているか確認してください

このサイトに、1 日の異なる時間帯に複数回アクセスすることで、お使いの Tenant が影響を受けているか確認できます:

`https://<YourTenant>.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/osssearchresults.aspx`

このような結果が頻繁に表示される場合は、Microsoft にチケットをオープンしてください:

## 解決策
