# Action risquée bloquée

## Situation

L’utilisation des règles de réduction de la surface d’attaque (ASR) peut amener Windows à bloquer KONNEKT dans l’exécution de certaines de ses principales actions.

## Problème

Sans exclusion, KONNEKT plante lorsqu’il tente d’ouvrir ou d’apercevoir un fichier Office, par ex. Word, Excel ou PowerPoint.

Dans ce cas, vérifiez les entrées sous Windows Security / Protection History :

## Solution

Excluez KONNEKT de la règle ASR « Office Child Process » :

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\Konnekt.exe"

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\KonnektStarter.exe"
