# Échec de l'ouverture du périphérique

## Problème

#### Problème avec les systèmes basés sur ARM et l’installation de KONNEKT

Si vous remarquez que l’icône de la barre d’état devient rouge et que vous voyez des entrées de journal comme les suivantes, cela indique le problème :

Le problème se produit sur certains appareils fonctionnant avec des processeurs ARM. Lorsque la version x64 de KONNEKT est installée ou déployée sur un tel système, l’installation peut réussir. Cependant, KONNEKT ne fonctionnera pas comme prévu.&#x20;

## Solution

Installez la version ARM64 de KONNEKT.
