# Les collections de sites ne sont pas affichées pour certains utilisateurs

## Situation

Actuellement, certains clients rencontrent des problèmes : certains utilisateurs ne peuvent voir aucune collection de sites dans KONNEKT.

KONNEKT utilise l'API REST connectée à SharePoint Online pour identifier les collections de sites auxquelles un utilisateur peut accéder. La requête correspondante se trouve dans les journaux KONNEKT précédant cette ligne :

Lorsque vous utilisez Edge, le XML devrait afficher toutes les collections de sites auxquelles un utilisateur peut accéder. À la fin, "InternalRequestId" sera fourni, ce qui peut aider Microsoft à identifier la cause profonde du problème.

## **Solution temporaire pour ajouter des partages**
