# Message d’erreur concernant l’absence de jeton
Si vous voyez une erreur concernant un jeton manquant (comme celle ci-dessous), veuillez revérifier le consentement pour **KONNEKT**.
Vous pouvez accorder votre consentement **KONNEKT** aux autorisations de deux manières :
**1-** Juste après l’installation, une fenêtre contextuelle Microsoft s’affiche ; connectez-vous avec un compte administrateur Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ou avec un compte disposant d’un rôle permettant d’accorder le consentement administrateur, cochez l’option **« Consent on behalf of your organization »** et accordez les **KONNEKT** autorisations nécessaires.
**2-** Depuis **Azure Portal**, vous pouvez vérifier les autorisations accordées à KONNEKT, les modifier ou les supprimer. Veuillez donc consulter [Octroi du consentement administrateur à l’échelle du locataire](/fr/installation/security/grant-admin-consent-in-enterprise-applications.md)
