# ¿Por qué hay una "X" gris o una "maleta marrón" en mis archivos y carpetas?
Los usuarios de KONNEKT (Windows 10 o anterior) pueden ver una "X" gris en los iconos de archivos y carpetas en el Explorador de archivos de Windows.
En Windows 11 se ve así
**Esto no es un error ni un problema.** Aún puede trabajar con sus archivos sin ninguna restricción.
Esta es una visualización en el Explorador de archivos de Windows de una configuración que tienen las carpetas y archivos de KONNEKT, para ahorrar ancho de banda.
**Antecedentes:**
La configuración se llama "FILE\_ATTRIBUTE\_OFFLINE". Indica al sistema operativo que este archivo o carpeta no está disponible inmediatamente. Como resultado, el Explorador de archivos de Windows no genera vistas previas de los archivos.
**Solución temporal:**
Este símbolo suele aparecer después de una nueva instalación; como solución temporal, puede reiniciar el Explorador de archivos de Windows para eliminarlo.
**Usamos esta configuración con archivos y carpetas de KONNEKT para ahorrar ancho de banda entre el cliente y SharePoint Online.**
La visualización no es visible para todos los clientes.
