# Al abrir documentos de MS Office se muestra un mensaje de advertencia

Es posible que vea este mensaje de error cuando KONNEKT **Coautoría de Office** está habilitado.

## **Antecedentes**

El problema detrás de esta advertencia son las restricciones de las zonas de sitios de Microsoft.

## **Solución 1**

Para evitar esta advertencia, debe agregar el servidor que se muestra en el mensaje de error a **Sitios de confianza** **zona** en la configuración de Internet Explorer.

## **Solución 2**

* Abra Word, Excel o PowerPoint en el escritorio
* Seleccione **Archivo**
* Seleccione **Opciones**
* Seleccione **Centro de confianza**
* Seleccione **Configuración del Centro de confianza**
* Seleccione **Ubicaciones de confianza**
* Seleccione **Agregar nueva ubicación...**
* Agregue el dominio mostrado de OneDrive de su práctica
* Marque "**Las subcarpetas de esta ubicación también son de confianza**"
* Haga clic en **Aceptar** para guardar.
