# Desinstalación manual

Para desinstalar KONNEKT de su sistema, recomendamos usar el desinstalador que forma parte de KONNNEKT y puede activarse a través de la *agregar o quitar software* diálogo de Windows.

Sin embargo, si no puede utilizar el desinstalador o quedan configuraciones en su sistema después de ejecutarlo, puede usar la información proporcionada en este sitio para eliminar KONNEKT de su sistema.

## Eliminar el instalador

* Abrir **Regedit** y vaya a\
  `HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall`
* Compruebe las subclaves con nombre GUID para encontrar la que pertenece a KONNEKT
  * Compruebe el DisplayName de '**Konnekt'**
  * Compruebe el Publisher de '**glueckkanja-gab AG'**
* Elimine toda la clave

## Eliminar el controlador

* Ejecutar `net stop konnekt`
* Eliminar `c:\windows\system32\drivers\konnektrx.sys`
* Eliminar `C:\Windows\System32\konnektnp.dll`

## Elimine las extensiones de shell

* Ejecutar `regsvr32 /unregister "C:\Program Files\Konnekt\shellext.dll`
* Elimine las siguientes claves del Registro de Windows para **cada usuario** en la máquina:

  ```
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Access.Application.16\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Excel.Sheet.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Excel.Sheet.8\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Excel.SheetMacroEnabled.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.Show.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.Show.8\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\PowerPoint.ShowMacroEnabled.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Word.Document.12\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Word.Document.8\shell\konnekt
  HKCU\SOFTWARE\Classes\Word.DocumentMacroEnabled.12\shell\konnekt
  ```

## Limpiar el registro

Elimine las siguientes claves del Registro de Windows en la **máquina**:

```
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\konnekt
HKLM\SOFTWARE\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
```

Elimine las siguientes claves del Registro de Windows para **cada usuario** en la máquina:

```
HKCU\SOFTWARE\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
HKCU\SOFTWARE\Policies\GlueckKanja\Konnekt
```

## Limpiar carpetas

* Elimine la carpeta "Konnekt" en `%localappdata%`
* Eliminar `C:\Program Files\Konnekt`

## Reiniciar

Algunos de los cambios (como el controlador o las extensiones de shell) pueden requerir

* un reinicio\
  o
* cerrar sesión e iniciar sesión\
  o
* reiniciar el explorador con este procedimiento:
  * Vaya al Administrador de tareas
  * Busque Explorer
  * Haga clic derecho sobre él
  * Haga clic en Reiniciar.

Si no está seguro, por favor reinicie.
