# Preparación del registro de depuración

Nuestro equipo de soporte puede pedirle que proporcione registros de depuración para analizar problemas. Para ello, siga estos pasos:

## **Establezca el nivel de registro en Depuración:**

* Haga clic derecho en el icono de la bandeja de KONNEKT y elija "Preferencias"

## Reinicie el equipo afectado

## Intente reproducir el problema

Al intentar reproducir el problema, tenga en cuenta el caso de uso que está intentando. Una descripción de los pasos con detalles de la ruta, el nombre del archivo y la marca de tiempo es muy útil al solucionar problemas.

## Espere un momento y cierre KONNEKT

Espere hasta un minuto y luego cierre KONNEKT mediante el icono de la bandeja de la barra de tareas.

## Recopile los registros

Desde la versión de Windows `10.0.26100.8737` y `10.0.22621.6931` crashguard.exe no puede exportar los registros de KONNEKT y los registros de eventos al mismo tiempo. Estamos trabajando en una solución. Mientras tanto, "ejecutar como administrador" solo es necesario para proporcionar registros de eventos.

Ejecute crashguard.exe y haga clic en "Enviar informe":

"C:\Program Files\Konnekt\crashguard.exe"

En ciertas situaciones, no se puede enviar un informe debido a restricciones de la empresa. En tales casos, puede aparecer una ventana de correo electrónico o la nueva carpeta comprimida se guardará en su Escritorio.
