# Todas las bibliotecas están vacías

## Problema

Algunas o todas las bibliotecas en KONNEKT y las unidades asignadas están vacías.

El registro del cliente de KONNEKT muestra los siguientes mensajes: `[Sharepoint] No se pudieron determinar las unidades del sitio ... Clave no encontrada. Usar la unidad predeterminada en su lugar.`

## Antecedentes

Microsoft cambió (temporalmente) el contenido de la respuesta de la consulta para la detección de bibliotecas en algunos inquilinos. Por lo tanto, KONNEKT no asignará esas bibliotecas afectadas.

Esto solo ocurre si se usa la característica "Agregar automáticamente todas las bibliotecas de documentos de SharePoint" (véase [Asignación automática](/es/configuration/mappings/auto-mapping.md#map-all-document-libraries)) se utiliza.

## Solución

Hemos implementado una solución alternativa para ese comportamiento a partir de KONNNEKT V2.0.0. Consulte aquí cómo obtener la actualización: [Actualizaciones de software](/es/installation/software-updates.md).

Después de instalar la nueva versión de KONNEKT, por favor

* Reinicie la máquina,
* Inicie el Explorador de Windows y haga clic en el nodo de KONNEKT,
* Espere 5-10 minutos.

Después de este procedimiento, las bibliotecas deberían funcionar.
