# Agregar rutas de KONNEKT como sitios de confianza

## Situación

Los usuarios no pueden abrir archivos, por ejemplo, archivos de macros de Excel, haciendo doble clic en ellos en KONNEKT.

## Problema

Todas las URL de SharePoint y la ruta UNC correspondiente usadas en KONNEKT deben configurarse como sitios de confianza

## Solución

Se pueden configurar en:

* Opciones de Internet en Edge o Internet Explorer (para usuarios de Windows 10)
* Centro de confianza en una aplicación de Office de su elección
* O mediante una directiva de Intune

### Intune

* Crear un nuevo perfil para "Windows 10 y posteriores"
* Tipo de perfil "Catálogo de configuración"

* Buscar "páginas de seguridad"
* Seleccione la siguiente categoría \\

* Use cualquiera de las dos
  * Lista de asignación de sitios a zonas
  * Lista de asignación de sitios a zonas (Usuario)

* Establezca las tres rutas: UNC y URL

TenantName se define por el nombre inicial o el nombre predeterminado del Tenant establecido en[ el Centro de administración de Microsoft](https://admin.cloud.microsoft/?#/Domains). Esto depende de si "[EnhancedAuthentication](/es/configuration/system-settings/enhanced-authentication.md)" está habilitado.

Configurar esto no impedirá que Outlook muestre un aviso de seguridad.
