# No se pudo obtener un token de acceso para tu cuenta de OneDrive

### Problema

Al intentar iniciar sesión en KONNEKT, aparece el mensaje de error "No se pudo obtener un token de acceso para su cuenta de OneDrive".

### Causa

Si ve este error, compruebe los registros de inicio de sesión en Azure/EntraID para ver si hay algún inicio de sesión fallido.

Eche un vistazo a los inicios de sesión activos e interactivos.

### Solución

Este problema se puede resolver cambiando el [motor del navegador](/es/configuration/system-settings/authentication-browser-engine.md) para autenticar al usuario.
