# Configuración del proxy

Recomendamos encarecidamente excluir todo el tráfico a Microsoft 365 del uso de proxy. Sin embargo, KONNEKT utiliza la configuración de proxy del sistema operativo Windows. Si se establece un servidor proxy, KONNEKT utilizará ese servidor proxy.

En detalle, KONNEKT llama a [`WinHttpGetProxyForUrl`](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/winhttp/nf-winhttp-winhttpgetproxyforurl) con la URI `https://graph.microsoft.com` para comprobar si debe usarse un proxy.

Para omitir su servidor proxy con el tráfico de KONNEKT, asegúrese de que el sistema operativo Windows excluya la URI `https://graph.microsoft.com` del uso de proxy.

Puede hacerlo colocando esta URI en la lista de exclusión de su archivo PAC de proxy.

También debe asegurarse de que el cliente de KONNEKT pueda الوصول a [Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) y SharePoint Online](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide) sin verse interferido por servidores proxy u otras puertas de enlace de capa de aplicación (ALG).
