# Beim Öffnen von MS Office-Dokumenten wird eine Warnmeldung angezeigt

Möglicherweise sehen Sie diese Fehlermeldung, wenn KONNEKT **Office Co-Authoring** aktiviert ist.

## **Hintergrund**

Das Problem hinter dieser Warnung sind die Einschränkungen der Microsoft-Site-Zonen.

## **Lösung 1**

Um diese Warnung zu verhindern, müssen Sie den im Fehlertext angezeigten Server zu den **Vertrauenswürdige Sites** **Zone** in den Internet-Explorer-Einstellungen hinzufügen.

## **Lösung 2**

* Öffnen Sie auf dem Desktop entweder Word, Excel oder PowerPoint
* Auswählen **Datei**
* Auswählen **Optionen**
* Auswählen **Trust Center**
* Auswählen **Einstellungen des Trust Centers**
* Auswählen **Vertrauenswürdige Speicherorte**
* Auswählen **Neuen Speicherort hinzufügen...**
* Fügen Sie die angezeigte Domäne Ihres Praxis-OneDrive hinzu
* Häkchen "**Unterordner dieses Speicherorts werden ebenfalls als vertrauenswürdig behandelt**"
* Klicken Sie **OK** zum Speichern.
