# Beim Öffnen von MS-Office-Dokumenten wird eine Warnmeldung angezeigt

Diese Fehlermeldung kann angezeigt werden, wenn KONNEKT **Office Co-Authoring** aktiviert ist.

## **Hintergrund**

Die Ursache für diese Warnung sind die Einschränkungen der Microsoft-Sitezonen. 

## **Lösung 1**

Um diese Warnung zu verhindern, müssen Sie den im Fehlertext angezeigten Server zu den **Vertrauenswürdige Sites** **Zone** in den Internet-Explorer-Einstellungen hinzufügen.

## **Lösung 2**

* Öffnen Sie auf dem Desktop entweder Word, Excel oder PowerPoint
* Wählen Sie **Datei**
* Wählen Sie **Optionen**
* Wählen Sie **Trust Center**
* Wählen Sie **Trust Center-Einstellungen**
* Wählen Sie **Vertrauenswürdige Speicherorte**
* Wählen Sie **Neuen Speicherort hinzufügen...**
* Fügen Sie die angezeigte Domäne von OneDrive Ihrer Praxis hinzu
* Häkchen bei "**Unterordner dieses Speicherorts sind ebenfalls vertrauenswürdig**"
* Klicken Sie auf **OK** zum Speichern.
