## Situation

Bei der Verwendung von Microsoft Office mit KONNEKT auf verschiedenen Plattformen wird die neueste Version möglicherweise in Anwendungen wie Word nicht angezeigt.

Es kann außerdem die Meldung angezeigt werden: „Empfohlenes Update: Auf dem Server ist eine neuere Version dieser Datei verfügbar“.

## Problem

Gelegentlich zeigen Word, Excel und PowerPoint möglicherweise eine zwischengespeicherte Dateiversion anstatt der aktuellsten Version aus SharePoint Online (SPO) an.

## Lösung

Es gibt zwei Methoden, um diese Probleme zu beheben:

1. Leeren Sie den Office-Cache manuell unter `%localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\OfficeFileCache`.
2. Aktivieren Sie in einer Office-App pro Benutzer „Dateien aus dem Office-Dokumentcache löschen, wenn sie geschlossen werden“.
