# Vorbereitung des Debug-Protokolls

Unser Supportteam bittet Sie möglicherweise, Debug-Logs bereitzustellen, um Probleme zu analysieren. Bitte befolgen Sie dazu die folgenden Schritte:

Warten Sie bis zu einer Minute und schließen Sie dann KONNEKT über das Symbol im Infobereich der Taskleiste.

## Sammeln Sie die Protokolle

Ab Windows-Version `10.0.26100.8737` und `10.0.22621.6931` crashguard.exe kann die Protokolle von KONNEKT und die Ereignisprotokolle nicht gleichzeitig exportieren. Wir arbeiten an einer Lösung. Bis dahin wird „Als Administrator ausführen“ nur benötigt, um Ereignisprotokolle bereitzustellen.

Starten Sie crashguard.exe und klicken Sie auf „Bericht senden“:
