# Websites fehlen oder Ordner sind leer

## Problem

Einige Sites werden im KONNEKT-Knoten nicht angezeigt.\
oder

Einige Ordner der zugeordneten Sites/Bibliotheken sind leer.

## Ursache

Derzeit sehen wir immer mehr Fehlerantworten (z. B. 500) auf ordnungsgemäße Anfragen an die SharePoint Online-Suche. Manchmal ist dadurch die Site-Erkennung von KONNEKT betroffen.

In einigen Fällen/Mandanten schlägt die SharePoint Online-Suche dauerhaft vollständig fehl. Wenn dies der Fall ist, wird KONNEKT nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionieren.

## Prüfen Sie, ob Ihr Mandant betroffen ist

Sie können prüfen, ob Ihr Mandant betroffen ist, indem Sie diese Site mehrmals zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten aufrufen:

`https://<IhrTenant>.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/osssearchresults.aspx`

## Lösung

Wir haben KONNEKT robuster gegenüber Fehlern der SharePoint Online-Suche gemacht. Dies gilt für die folgenden KONNEKT-Versionen:

* 2.1.0 - 2.2.1
* 2.6.0 oder neuer

Wenn die Fehlerantworten **gelegentlich**auftreten, können diese Builds das Problem möglicherweise umgehen.
