# Websitesammlungen werden für einige Benutzer nicht angezeigt

## Situation

Derzeit haben einige Kunden Probleme, bei denen bestimmte Benutzer keine Site Collections innerhalb von KONNEKT anzeigen können.

KONNEKT verwendet die mit SharePoint Online verbundene RestAPI, um die Site Collections zu ermitteln, auf die ein Benutzer zugreifen kann. Die für diesen Vorgang verantwortliche Abfrage finden Sie in den KONNEKT-Logs vor dieser Zeile:

Die Struktur ist ähnlich wie diese:

Bei Verwendung von Edge sollte das XML alle Site Collections anzeigen, auf die ein Benutzer zugreifen kann. Am Ende wird die "InternalRequestId" angegeben, die Microsoft dabei helfen kann, die Ursache des Problems zu ermitteln.
