# Alle Bibliotheken sind leer

## Problem

Einige oder alle Bibliotheken in KONNEKT und zugeordneten Laufwerken sind leer.

Das KONNEKT-Client-Protokoll zeigt die folgenden Meldungen an: `[Sharepoint] Laufwerke der Site konnten nicht ermittelt werden ... Schlüssel nicht gefunden. Stattdessen das Standardlaufwerk verwenden.`

## Hintergrund

Microsoft hat (vorübergehend) den Inhalt der Antwort der Abfrage zur Bibliothekserkennung für einige Mandanten geändert. Daher wird KONNEKT diese betroffenen Bibliotheken nicht zuordnen.

Dies tritt nur auf, wenn die Funktion „Automatisch alle SharePoint-Dokumentbibliotheken hinzufügen“ (siehe [Automatische Zuordnung](/de/configuration/mappings/auto-mapping.md#map-all-document-libraries)) verwendet wird.

## Lösung

Für dieses Verhalten haben wir ab KONNNEKT V2.0.0 einen Workaround implementiert. Bitte sehen Sie hier, wie Sie das Update erhalten: [Softwareupdates](/de/installation/software-updates.md).

Nach der Installation der neuen Version von KONNEKT bitte

* den Rechner neu starten,
* den Windows-Explorer starten und auf den KONNEKT-Knoten klicken,
* 5–10 Minuten warten.

Nach diesem Vorgang sollten die Bibliotheken funktionieren.
