# Zugriffstoken konnte nicht abgerufen werden

## Problem

Wenn Sie versuchen, sich bei KONNEKT anzumelden, erhalten Sie die Fehlermeldung "Failed to obtain access token".

## Ursache

KONNEKT unterstützt es nicht, "Excluded Apps" in einer Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access-Richtlinie mit MFA-Anforderung in Kombination mit einer nicht-SSO-Windows-Sitzung zu verwenden.

## Umgehungslösung

Unsere empfohlene Umgehungslösung besteht darin, den Windows-Computer so einzurichten, dass er ein Primary Refresh Token (PRT) speichern kann, z. B. indem das Gerät Microsoft Entra joined oder Microsoft Entra registered ist. Bitte siehe [hier ](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/devices/concept-primary-refresh-token#how-is-a-prt-issued)für Details.

Andere Alternativen sind (nicht wirklich empfohlen):

* Entfernen Sie die MFA-Anforderung aus der entsprechenden Conditional Access-Richtlinie. Um für CA-Richtlinien ohne MFA ein gewisses Maß an Sicherheit beizubehalten, könnten Sie erzwingen [Vertrauenswürdige Standorte (z. B. öffentliche IP-Adressen Ihrer VDI-Hosts)](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/conditional-access/location-condition)

oder

* verwenden Sie eine Conditional Access-Richtlinie ohne "Excluded Apps". Siehe auch [Conditional Access-Konfiguration](/de/installation/security/conditional-access.md).
