# Lizenzierung

Das Abonnement für KONNEKT ist **benutzerbasiert**.

## Benutzerdefinition

Die Lizenzierung erfolgt pro Benutzer, was bedeutet, dass für jeden Benutzer (UPN), der KONNEKT verwendet, um sich bei OneDrive for Business oder SharePoint Online anzumelden, ein Abonnement für einen „Benutzer“ erforderlich ist.

In vielen Fällen entspricht die erforderliche Anzahl an KONNEKT-Abonnements der Anzahl der Microsoft Office 365 / OneDrive for Business / SharePoint Online-Abonnements.

Die Mindestanzahl an Benutzern, für die eine Organisation abonniert werden kann, beträgt 25.

Ein Benutzerabonnement ist mindestens für einen Kalendermonat an einen einzelnen Benutzer gebunden und kann nicht mit anderen Benutzern geteilt werden.

## Gerätebeschränkungen pro Benutzer

Ein einzelner Benutzer kann bis zu 5 Windows-Geräte oder VDI-Sitzungen (z. B. Citrix XenApp) haben.

## Abonnementumfang

Das KONNEKT-Abonnement darf für die Benutzer einer Organisation verwendet werden. Benutzer aus dieser einen Organisation können mit KONNEKT auf mehrere Microsoft 365-Tenants zugreifen.

Es geht **nicht** berechtigt, 

* ein KONNEKT-Abonnement für Benutzer aus mehreren Organisationen zu verwenden,
* ein KONNEKT-Abonnement aufzuteilen und/oder an mehrere Organisationen weiterzuverkaufen.
