# Proxy-Einstellungen

Wir empfehlen dringend, sämtlichen Traffic zu Microsoft 365 von der Verwendung von Proxys auszuschließen. KONNEKT verwendet jedoch die Proxy-Einstellungen des Windows-Betriebssystems. Wenn ein Proxyserver festgelegt ist, verwendet KONNEKT diesen Proxyserver.

Im Detail ruft KONNEKT [`WinHttpGetProxyForUrl`](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/winhttp/nf-winhttp-winhttpgetproxyforurl) mit der URI `https://graph.microsoft.com` auf, um zu prüfen, ob ein Proxy verwendet werden muss.

Um den Traffic von KONNEKT an Ihrem Proxyserver vorbeizuleiten, stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass das Windows-Betriebssystem die URI `https://graph.microsoft.com` von der Proxyverwendung ausschließt.

Dies können Sie erreichen, indem Sie diese URI in die Ausschlussliste Ihrer Proxy-PAC-Datei aufnehmen.

Sie sollten außerdem sicherstellen, dass der KONNEKT-Client Zugriff auf [Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) und SharePoint Online](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/urls-and-ip-address-ranges?view=o365-worldwide) hat, ohne dass er durch Proxyserver oder andere Application-Layer-Gateways (ALG) beeinträchtigt wird.
